Website Terms
These terms cover how website projects are quoted, paid for and delivered, what each package includes, and the limits of what a website can promise.
01About PimpMySite
PimpMySite is operated by Chris Attard in Malta.
PimpMySite provides website design, content organisation and related services for local businesses.
The exact package, scope, price and delivery details must be agreed before paid work begins. These terms apply between Chris Attard and the business commissioning the work.

The standard PimpMySite packages are intended for businesses and professionals purchasing the service for purposes connected with their trade, business, craft or profession.
If you are purchasing a website mainly for personal purposes rather than for a business or professional activity, tell Chris before accepting a quote because different mandatory rights may apply.
Nothing here removes rights that legally apply to you.
03Using this website
The information on this website is provided in good faith for general information about the services offered. Prices, timescales and package contents may change, and nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance until a quote is confirmed in writing.
04Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. After we understand what you need, a written quote is provided covering scope, price and expected timescale. Work begins once you accept that quote.
Unless stated otherwise, a written quote is valid for 14 days.
The quote controls the package, the actual scope, the price, the payment terms, the expected delivery timing and any agreed extras. If the quote conflicts with general website marketing copy, the specifically agreed written quote controls the project.
Using the Request a Call feature does not create a booked appointment. Chris usually returns callback requests later the same day or the next working day, but an exact time is not guaranteed until confirmed directly.
05What each package includes
Remote Launch (€325) is a one-page website built from information and images you supply, including one year of hosting and basic technical maintenance.
On-Site Story (€595) adds an on-site visit where photographs and short video clips are taken and the content is gathered with you, including one year of hosting and basic technical maintenance.
Anything beyond a one-page website is quoted separately. That includes online shops, booking systems, customer logins, multi-language versions and ongoing content work.
Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is added to the invoice.
06Payment terms
A deposit of 50% is payable after the written quote is accepted and before work begins. The balance is payable after final approval and before the website is published or handed over.
The accepted payment methods are confirmed with the written quote.
07Revisions
Remote Launch includes 1 revision round. On-Site Story includes 2 revision rounds. Further changes after that are quoted separately before any additional work is carried out.
A revision round means one consolidated set of reasonable changes to the existing agreed website content and layout.
A revision round does not include a new page, substantial redesign, new functionality or work outside the agreed scope.
Corrections required because PimpMySite implemented something incorrectly do not use up a client revision round.
08Your responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying accurate business information and for confirming that you own, or have permission to use, any logo, text, photographs or other material you provide. You confirm you are authorised to commission the work on behalf of the business.
09Regulated professions
If you operate in a regulated profession, you remain responsible for checking that the website content, claims, advertising and professional information comply with the rules that apply to that profession.
PimpMySite may help organise and present the content but does not provide legal or professional-regulatory advice.
10Project timescales and delays
The stated build timeline starts only once the information and materials reasonably required for the project have been received.
If required information remains outstanding for more than 10 working days, PimpMySite may pause the project.
A paused project may be held for up to 30 calendar days. After that, restarting the work may depend on current availability, and any updated scope or price will be confirmed before work resumes.
Project information is not cancelled or deleted automatically.
11Ownership
After full payment, you may use and control the website as delivered for your business.
Material you supply remains your responsibility and your property where applicable.
Third-party libraries, fonts, hosting services, stock assets and other licensed components remain subject to their respective licences.
Your domain should remain registered in your name or your business name.
12Domain names
Connecting the website to your domain is included.
Domain registration and renewal fees are not included and are paid by you at the applicable third-party registrar price.
The domain should be registered in your name or business name. PimpMySite may help with the technical connection or registration process, but domain ownership should remain with you.
13Hosting and basic technical maintenance
The first year of hosting and basic technical maintenance is included from the date the website goes live.
After the first year, hosting and basic technical maintenance are currently €150 per year.
Renewal is optional. The renewal price is confirmed before the renewal date and there is no automatic renewal.
Renewal prices may change in future, but any updated price will be communicated before you decide whether to renew.
14What basic technical maintenance covers
Basic technical maintenance covers hosting administration, SSL-related setup, essential technical fixes and reasonable work required to keep the existing delivered website available under the agreed hosting arrangement.
It does not include ongoing content updates, new pages, redesigns, new functionality, advertising, ongoing SEO or social media management. Additional work is quoted separately.
15What is not promised
No specific number of enquiries, sales, search rankings or visitor numbers is promised. Results depend on demand, competition, how the website is promoted and factors outside our control.
PimpMySite is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate client information, content supplied without permission, third-party services outside PimpMySite’s reasonable control, or changes made by the client or another provider after delivery.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute.
